The STEEL ON ICE CHIPS, the youth program, is open to those 7 to 17 years of age. STEEL ON ICE places a special emphasis on youth. Ski lessons at local ski areas are used to introduce youth members to the sport. More advanced youth members are encouraged to develop racing skills. Kick off meetings are usually held in November.
